To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友約左係筲箕灣食飯，月尾冇乜錢，但又想食好啲，就簡左E間意蠔屋，見佢好多好評，又平咁黑椒汁肉眼牛扒配薯菜 （$78）無估到會有咁大塊扒雖然佢都幾薄，但咁嘅價錢差不多了～黑椒汁調味適中，而且牛肉亦唔韌，感覺都唔係落左太多鬆肉粉～嗯，不錯不錯。薯角外層炸得脆口，加左七味粉，不過唔食得辣嘅我就覺得有啲辣了🤭🤭另外晚餐都有包餐湯同餐飲～朋友叫左忌廉汁大蝦石斑意粉 （$68）佢太心急食左，所以冇影到🙈 E個意粉相對上就較失色了，忌廉汁令到個意粉好飽濟咁，而且大蝦係得一隻。所以就差左小小了。總括而言，係平價西餐之選😛

黑椒汁肉眼牛扒配薯菜 （$78）
無估到會有咁大塊扒雖然佢都幾薄，但咁嘅價錢差不多了～黑椒汁調味適中，而且牛肉亦唔韌，感覺都唔係落左太多鬆肉粉～嗯，不錯不錯。

總括而言，係平價西餐之選😛
