To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚一個人無約,到新九龍廣場意樂吃個晚餐,見個價錢都好抵,$88包百里香烤雞、濃香菌皇忌廉湯、烤野菜和薯條。食物好快上枱,個菌皇忌廉湯無乜忌廉,唔夠滑,重幾重味精,飲咗開始覺得口渴。跟住個主菜出場,原來得半隻春鷄,唔係一隻,都算喇!切落個鷄皮都好脆卜卜,點知一切開個脾仲係生既,得七成熟,同個侍應講話隻鷄好生,點知聽到佢對廚房講話隻鷄唔熟,炸返熟佢!原來係炸春鷄,唔係烤春鷄。隻鷄再返黎既時候炸到乾晒,又鞋,味道都係麻麻地,鷄同薯條同樣有味精,沙律菜又唔太新鮮,唯一優點係個翠玉瓜好好食,軟硬剛剛好。由於我無叫飲品,都要飲咗三杯水都仲想飲(味精重太口渴)。
