To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近譚仔三哥新出花膠胡椒雞美線，無錯係美線啊～因為花膠可以美顏啊嘛😚平時一味食開普通米線嘅我都忍唔住要去試吓😂。無骨胡椒雞肉質都幾嫩滑🐓，富有骨膠原嘅花膠有成3大嚿而且非常爽口😌。今次湯底揀咗煳辣口味，湯底辣味同胡椒雞嘅辣度雙重衝擊味蕾😍～（亦可選配其他自己鍾意嘅湯底同額外增添配料♥️）另外我叫咗青蘋果梳打，賣相靚之餘裡面仲有果蓉同勁多台式愛玉，酸酸甜甜味道加埋好似Jelly質地嘅愛玉，認真唔錯🍏。
