今日同朋友慶祝公司出bonus,特別揀咗間壽司Omakase 開心慶賀。店內環境好有氣派,猶如置身日本。有長長的吧枱,親眼見着廚師炮製佳餚之餘也可交流,感覺舒服。餐廳也對每位客人十分重視和細心,寫咗一張歡迎我們的小字條,感覺窩心。揀了一個名為鮨的套餐,價錢親民,已包括前菜三品,手握壽司13貫、手卷、仲有甜品。餐牌上有唔少清酒和飲品可供選擇。先上前菜清一清腸胃之後再食壽司。一開始前菜買相已經相當吸引,有賣相精緻的蔥,清甜的白玉粟米和鮮甜的吞拿魚。壽司13貫,據師傅提及是按季節食材而定的,不時不食,所以保證新鮮美味。依左目,清甜鮮味。花竹蝦,加咗用蝦穀炒過鹽,增添層次。深海池魚,肉質細緻嫩滑。帆立貝,加咗竹炭鹽,帶出鮮味。梳子魚,用了柚子胡椒有燒過的焦香味,辣辣地,層次豐富。池魚,有三星漬麵豉醬,口感獨特。間白魚,鮮味十足。秋刀魚,一啲都吾腥,刀工細緻。小肌魚,好鮮味,口感細緻。中拖羅, 根少, 入口即溶, 好嫩滑。大拖羅,油脂豐富。卷物方面赤海膽,用紫菜包住食,赤海膽味道比較濃,份量多,大滿足。蔥拖羅,同樣足料加上蒽,增添了香味和層次感。鯛魚湯非常鮮甜,食完刺身,暖一暖肚好舒服。甜品菠蘿
