To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友於中環區上班,誠意推介呢間由本地營養師開嘅素食小店。👉🏻店內環境店舖細細,只擺放幾張枱。今晚人流比較少,揀左張大枱坐。室內裝潢都幾唔似本地餐廳,初初仲以為係外國人開嘅。張枱啲磚嘅pattern本人認為幾特別幾靚,不過張枱有點兒過窄,唔知係咪因爲做外賣生意多,但如果人多應該會坐得好逼。呢個牌幾得意~ I’m food, we speak healthy~睇得出店主嘅用心朋友食左幾次有儲開印仔,吸滿就有一個餐送。見到呢幅牆就知呢間舖儲儲埋埋好多熟客仔,將自己張card貼豈度🤔不過如果貼豈度會唔會好易會比人攞走左自己果張黎用呢兩個人order左一人一個set。一人兩個素菜包仔,配上薯條/蕃薯條同沙律菜。驟眼睇個兩個包仔好鬼滴骰,但食落成個餐因爲太多薯條/蕃薯條,都非常之飽店員誠意推介左上面果隻類似蛋黃醬味嘅醬比我地試,話係加左啲腰果蓉落去。點薯條同蕃薯條都好夾wor~真係冇介紹錯Zoom一zoom d包仔先~第一款主要有紅菜頭牛油果,第二款主要係豆腐配菇,第三款就主要係豆蓉配車厘茄。其實三款都好好味,好fresh。除左本人略嫌第二款豆腐有點淡味外同有d唔夾味外,其他兩款我地都好鍾意價錢方

其實三款都好好味,好fresh。除左本人略嫌第二款豆腐有點淡味外同有d唔夾味外,其他兩款我地都好鍾意


價錢方面,其實都偏貴,冇加野飲都around $100一個set仔。不過豈中環區黎講,係咁上下啦。同埋小店有值得幫襯ge價值,下次都會帶朋友黎試埋其他野食



另外唯一略嫌嘅地方就係即使order堂食都係用紙盒上,呢方便就比較唔環保喇
