To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說呢間餐廳送餐速度極其慢

話說呢間餐廳送餐嘅速度就真係非常之慢，係可以推咗佢三次都叫我等吓，重點就係遲過我入座嘅客人都已經有嘢食啦，身為一個趕住返學校嘅學生，真心差啲俾佢搞到遲到到佢俾嘢食我嘅時候已經差15分鐘就夠鐘上堂，等咗成半個鐘，仲要用鯨吞嘅技術先可以快速將食物食完，順利趕回學校，我頂。我同我嘅朋友應該以後都唔會再幫襯呢間餐廳喇
