尖沙咀諾士佛臺酒吧林立,經常吸引不少人來這裡暢飲一番。Happy Hour 是下午4-9時,我們幾個女生便相約到Port飲酒吹水。 入口第二間就看到大大的招牌,十分eye-catching!每人點了一杯cocktail,外表色彩繽紛,刹是好看。這杯叫作Blue Crisp,成分有Rum酒、藍柑橘酒、檸檬汁及菠蘿汁。酒精濃度頗高,喝下去菠蘿味濃,感覺清爽。先吃點醃青瓜片,味道比一般的酸。魷魚圈炸得香脆,魷魚亦爽口彈牙,喜歡的可蘸點松露蛋黃醬,作爲佐酒小吃不錯啊!魚柳即叫即炸,待我們相機先吃了一會兒後切開時還冒煙的 鱈魚柳炸得金黃香脆不油膩,粉漿不算厚,嚐得出啤酒香~魚柳厚身且肉質嫩滑,頗有鮮味。薯條屬幼身型,炸得很脆,咬下粉腍,薯味也香濃!經典菜式Mac & Cheese,通粉口感彈牙、帶嚼勁,車打芝士醬汁均勻裹在通粉表面,非常creamy。加上脆煙肉和青椒,層次更豐富。這道霹靂烤雞薄餅倒有驚喜,薄餅早已分成八小件方便進食。pizza薄身,批邊微脆,辣味烤雞加上pepper jack cheese份外惹味 不過真的挺辣……慢烤豬及脆豬皮用慢煮的方式,更軟腍到會從叉子滑下,是名副其實

全女班當然不少得甜品啦!新地杯有雲呢拿雪糕、蜜餞胡桃、churros等,再淋上朱古力醬汁,適合嗜甜的朋友。

3個小時一眨眼便過去了!我們都吃得挺著肚子離開......整體來說,這酒吧的食物質素不錯,環境也挺適合三五知己聊聊天。
