To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本月下班時間比平常晚，所以星期五晚不能回家吃晚飯，否則趕不及8時正前上課。於是要到市中心、新墟和置樂尋找有提供素食的餐廳。（其實新墟有兩間素食餐廳，不過要吃「快餐」便不是好選擇了。）就這樣，意外發現屯門時代廣場有譚仔三哥米線。很少到這邊吃東西，所以一直沒有留意。餐廳是長方形。客人多是小群的。所以應該沒有大桌子。有需要都是二人桌子併合而成。原味素湯底米線 + 一款配料，$27。我選了冬菇和豆腐卜。多一款配料是$5。另外要番茄素湯頭。不知是否需要多加$2，因為總數是$34。米線軟糯滑溜。豆腐卜很大片且厚，非常喜歡！番茄湯頭也很香甜。不過，吃到最後發現有一條肉絲。味道令我將食物吐出來。希望廚師日後小心一點……
