To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最初到這間小店吃米線，看到衛生不是太好，但端出來的一碗中辣米線，顏色沒有血紅，喝下去百感交集，味道真的一流！那些雞翼系列也值得一讚！我始終唔信邪，心想一定有一間米線要比它好吃一點，吃了那麼多間，沒一間的水準可以及得上譚仔！最成功之處，可能就是它那個無敵湯底，鮮甜麻辣，米線及材料都成了配角！我強烈推介呢款賺人熱淚的米線，因為好味之外仲要夠辣！唯一唔好既係，竟然無黃鱔做配料！
