To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔知大家會唔會久唔久就掛住譚仔米線，由其係鍾意食辣既朋友，今日心癢癢又想食譚仔，先發現最近新推出雞肉乍醬撈米線／寬粉，本身已經好鍾意佢地既乍醬，即刻試試佢先可以揀撈米線或者撈寬麵，好開心乍醬份量十分足料，撈勻之後都仲可以啖啖掛住滿滿既乍醬，唔駛慳住食，十分惹味，唯一可以話雞肉份量比較少另外仲叫左蒜泥白肉，佢個蒜泥真係好香濃好滑，而且份量係極多，十分之滿足，推介推介
