To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日譚仔瘾起，立即約家姐個朋友，即係我街坊今晚去食！點知收到呢個message..........加上又看到高登大紅人近來話譚仔係難食既發明，但呢啲聲音，令我更想食！我地各自叫左一碗，她叫左腩肉墨丸鮮茹清湯米線。我就叫左竹笙同墨魚丸酸辣米線。竹笙就可索曬我至愛既譚仔酸辣湯，而墨魚丸好彈牙同有少少鯹及一啲細墨魚粒，唔似出面重麵粉味得少許墨魚碎。個湯底既酸味夠，但今日似比平時辣左啲，咁樣就太搶了！咸檸7與好立克皮蛋係由我一次食譚仔以來就開始食。不過不得不承認，每次既質素都唔同。今日個outlook都幾靚，但皮蛋芯唔夠溶，無啲似想流既感覺，而且椒粒同辣汁啲味唔出同唔辣。。。湖南土匪雞翼，家姐朋友唔想樣樣都食辣，所以雞翼叫左唔辣的。煎得很香，加左啲特製既粉，味道獨特同惹味！食完成碗粉其實都未夠喉，好想快啲食多碗，但已經十分飽了。。。。期待下一次的來臨！
