To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間野係我既街坊男友介紹我來的, 初時以為自己食得辣, 叫左個小小小辣, 可能講少左幾個辣字(最小係5小辣), 結果第一次並不愉快~~=D雖然大部份既人都係為佢既麻辣湯而來, 不過我覺得佢既清湯亦有一番風味, 配埋好爽既米線同埋索晒汁的竹笙, 真係very good ga! 我覺得呢度d米線林得黎唔會一pat pat係我食過最正的! 我知其他分店有優惠, 不過總店食竹笙唔駛加錢wo, 而且柏葉長期供應~~我試過去其他分店有時會冇貨, 點得架? 所以我都係繼續撐總店! yeah
