每次經開大埔墟，只要時間許可，都會嚟幫襯呢一間豆腐花舖，雖然因為呢間出咗名於是附近開咗好多間豆腐花舖，但係食嚟食去都係覺得呢間最好，佢嘅豆腐花真係好滑。我鍾意熱食，因為會更加香，加上依家天氣凍凍地，食碗暖笠笠嘅豆腐花啱曬數。
