六月上旬‧晴只要味道及口感配合得好，多簡單的組合也會有好效果。這是今天在合江小鎮試到的一味夏天新菜式，就是鹹蛋黃蝦仁豆腐。鹹香起沙的鹹蛋黃配上嫩滑的豆腐，非常的好吃。從我們四個人在上菜後大概四十秒已清了碟便可見一斑，值得推薦！
