經過3個月嘅午餐觀察, 每次午膳時間都例必有客人在門外等, 而阿姐亦會先後有序地作最有效率嘅安排, 從來沒有情緒發作, 盡管那一小時半內客人流量確實不少, 以下是3個月內幫襯4次嘅碟頭:15 OCT 星洲炒米, 炒得夠乾身, 唔辣, 义燒/火腿絲/青椒絲/蛋絲/蝦仁/洋蔥絲都有,惜蝦仁實在無味, 中規中矩之作14 NOV 粟米班塊飯, 粟米汁夠多,Sauce味道都可以講係近乎真味, 當然大家都知個味係混合出來的了, 班塊則炸得有點過了頭, 石班肉塊的味道的師傅有點明顯,04 DEC 豉椒涼瓜排骨飯, 豉椒汁做得好出色, 顏色同杰度剛好, 涼瓜都爽但因為季節上不對, 涼瓜雖有質感但欠甘味, 排骨有肉有骨都OK嘅31 DEC黑椒牛柳絲炒意$40已經是最昂貴的價格, 牛柳絲有一點筋沒有什麼牛味, 黑椒多老抽稍稍重手所以色稍深, 但又唔覺過甜, 炒意粉炒功一般, 蔬菜類稍嫌少了一些,
