近排開心事特別多,繼續俾自己good excuses去不斷食好野!Anyway,是日七點未到去已經去到朗豪酒店六樓既中菜廳,但係已經餐廳已經差唔多半滿!從lift lobby往中菜廳必須要經過一條長長既酒廊,就好似一個小小的buffer將煩囂既鬧市分隔開,為衝忙的一天帶來一個少少的小天地去relax relax!作為米芝蓮兩星餐廳,硬件方面當然唔會差得去邊。枱與枱之間既距離雖然唔算好闊,但係可以接受,附近既人就算講野比較大聲都唔雖要擔心俾人聽到佢地講乜。樓底方面非常高,空間感非常足夠,完全善用五星級酒店既硬件。鮑汁四喜烤麩 ($88)作為餐前小碟既appetizer,整體感覺非常惹味,令胃口大開。由於被鮑汁撈過,麵筋、冬菇等等本來平平無奇既材料變得十分香口,令平時唔太鍾意「食齋」既自己都忍唔到口食過不停!濃湯鮮竹花膠絲浸時蔬 ($208)清清淡淡的一味菜反而更加帶出食材的鮮味。花膠絲煙煙韌韌、口感非常特別,同菠菜一齊喺上湯裏面可以話係一軟一硬既「最佳拍檔」!鮮竹方面,由於「索」晒上湯入去鮮竹裏面,口感黎講相對偏腍,個人黎講唔太鍾意,不過呢個絕對因人而異!海生蝦炒蛋白 ($228)非常有

海生蝦炒蛋白 ($228)
非常有特式的誠意之作。雖然「海生蝦」只係大頭蝦既蝦頭,似係點綴多於實際用途,但係主角蛋白卻非常令我喜出望外。滑到幾乎從嘴唇邊跌出黎不特止,當佢同埋蝦膠撈埋一齊食落肚果種感覺真係非常之正。由於夾雜左脆bok bok既香葉,果種爽得黎卻帶點煙韌同埋清新既口感真係超正!

龍皇披金甲 ($398)
作為2009年度既得奬菜式,絕對係「不可不試」之選。白鱔裏面釀左蝦膠,再落鑊油炸雖然看似簡單,但絕對係考功夫之作,火喉控制既技巧絕對唔容易。師傅唔單止做到色、香、味俱全,炸既火喉亦都剛剛好,金黃色、脆脆既鱔片裏面包住左仍然係熱辣辣既爽滑蝦膠,真係正到痺呀!

紅酒火燄黑豚肉 ($258)
在座大部份人可能因為被隔離既乾柴烈火吸引左,每枱幾乎都有order到呢個dish。不可不提既係佢既烹調手法十分特別,先將菜式煮到差唔多熟,然後用錫紙包住,下面再放D好似快餐店打邊爐用既燃料再用石鍋上枱,等一至兩分鐘後燃料耗盡先至拆錫紙分菜,十分特別!由於個醬汁用左紅酒調味,食落口感覺非常濃烈。豚肉片撈埋冬菇、草菇同埋蘿白等等既材料雖然十分惹味,但就唔係太啱鍾意清淡既我。不過,如果係用黎招呼愛好濃味既北方人或者西人既話,我相信呢個絕對係不二之選!

蝦子雜菌燒玉子豆腐 ($168)
坦白講,overall整體既質素勉強只可以叫做比average好少少。醬汁雖然惹味,但感覺同上面既飽汁大同小異,應該係出自同一個recipe的手筆。玉子豆腐做得唔錯,師傅喺控制時間方面非常到家,玉子表面整得十分出色、炸得剛剛好之餘,裏面卻能keep到好似蒸水蛋咁滑既口感,超正!雖然完全食唔到蝦子,但雜菌唔會因為咁而無左惹味既感覺。由於用既食材非常新鮮,喺「less is more」之情況下反而食出蔬菜既鮮味同埋田園氣息,感覺好好!

Overall餐廳比我既感覺係相對一般酒店中菜廳更加「平易近人」。酒店既staff唔會將隻眼生喺額頭到不特止,佢地亦都唔會一味只係recommend D貴野俾你,反而着重唔同餸菜既配合,務求令你可以唔同既野都可以試少少,唔會過份側重喺某一方面。

消費方面更加非常「豐儉由人」,當然你可以食鮑心翅肚或者$500幾蚊一位既米芝蓮tasting menu,但係一般家常便飯都只係3幾百蚊一個人,以酒店黎講絕對係合理之選!
