收工約咗同事食晚飯,今次選擇咗嚟呢度食台灣菜。食物款式都幾多,有飯套餐、麵食、台式小食同飲品等等。蜜糖芥末蛋黃醬炸雞配魯肉飯($108)餐廳貼心地提供手套食炸雞。炸雞大大件,外皮炸得幾脆,肉質唔乾,表面淋上大量既蜜糖芥末蛋黃醬,酸甜開胃,再配埋椰菜絲一齊食,中和左炸雞嘅油膩感。魯肉飯既肉汁夠撈成個飯,幾入味。套餐更包括前菜、漬物同小甜點,幾豐富。破布子汁煎封比目魚拌蟹肉菠菜($128)比目魚煎到表面香脆,帶少許焦香,肉質肥美,充滿魚油香,可以配白飯或者藜麥飯。當日冇菠菜,轉左西蘭花,配蟹肉幾清爽。雙檸蜂蜜生薑茶(套餐加配$14)薑味相對地會比較濃,加上檸檬同埋蜂蜜,酸酸甜甜。好夠熱,幾滋潤。乳酪芝芝鮮芒(套餐加配$38)奶蓋係用乳酪製成,配埋芒果沙冰同埋豆花,口感幾豐富,酸甜清涼。
