又到大閘蟹季節,食一兩隻點夠喉架😆 任食就最正啦!所以我哋就來了吃兩小時大閘蟹放題,套餐還包京式片皮鴨,蠔皇原隻鮑,花膠濃雞湯,菠蘿生炒骨,生拆蟹粉豆苗,各款主食,小食,涼菜,甜品,超豐富😍😍其中花膠濃雞湯,味道濃郁而鮮美。雞湯的鮮甜與花膠的滋味相互融合,帶來豐富的口感和濃厚的湯汁。花膠的膠質豐富而且幾大塊~菠蘿生炒骨,香脆可口甜酸的風味。菠蘿的酸度和豬肉的鮮嫩結合,產生了美妙的口感和味道。甜酸的滋味讓菜品更加清新開胃🤤大閘蟹有三款口味可選:清蒸,花雕蒸,鹽焗,我們各點了2隻😍 開每隻蟹都好驚喜,有好多膏,我覺得公的膏較好吃。清蒸口味,保留了大閘蟹的原汁原味。不掩蓋蟹的原始風味,蟹肉口感細膩,味道鮮美。花雕口味,為蟹帶來更豐富的風味和香氣,有濃郁的酒香😋最後是鹽焗大閘蟹。鹽焗帶來一種微妙的鹹味。味道是最濃郁的,也是最好吃的。
