To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次嚟銅鑼灣剪頭髮前都會搵早餐先,其實10點有開舖食早餐嘅選擇都唔算好多,而呢間「喜喜冰室」算係常去嘅一間(主要因為夠就近,哈)餐廳佈置Sell香港情懷,最特別就係扮巴士車箱嘅卡位,每次都想坐!【早餐C 炒蛋,牛油多士,沙嗲牛肉公仔麵】呢間餐廳水準一向都穩定,不過佢個炒蛋唔係好滑嗰種,係炒得比較香口。牛油多士牛油味超級香,麵包焗得啱啱好,外脆內軟。沙嗲牛都好食,最正係個公仔麵係煮得偏硬身,啱晒我口味!服裝態度方面,阿叔把聲可能粗魯一啲,但其實幾有禮貌。
