To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間小店泰式同越式都有，因天氣熱，所以選擇了越式😬座位算係寬敞舒適，但因為趕時間，所以決定外賣！睇返餐牌都有好多唔同選擇豐儉由人，最終揀咗個二人餐。所有外賣嘅包裝都乾淨企理，分汁、分湯同分醬都無難度🤣熟牛肉撈檬～撈檬係夏天嘅聖物，酸酸辣辣胃口大開，配上其餘不同口感嘅配菜，令成件事更加豐富🫶🏻生牛肉湯檬～用湯嘅溫度去浸熟薄牛片真係非常嫰滑，湯嘅口味香濃，滿滿香葉特殊味道，十分滿意。香茅雞中翼～雞翼尺寸頗大，亦都非常入味。手打蝦餅～由於係手打嘅關係，非常彈牙，裏面亦見到粒粒鮮蝦，真材實料，外層酥脆。馬拉盞炒通菜～夠晒惹味，當中蝦仔更帶出鮮味，份量亦都唔算少👍🏻椰汁西米糕～椰汁味香濃，唔會太甜，份量剛好。
