呢間日式餐廳主打剌身同埋鐵板燒,佢有啲吧檯既位置,可以比客人睇住師傅整鐵板燒,亦可以同師傅交流,感覺好chill。刺身方面,我地點左拖羅、海膽膽埋真鯛。拖羅好厚身,食落去feel到好新鮮,亦都好肥美。海膽好濃郁,口感creamy,入口即化。真鯛就整成玫瑰花狀,好精緻。鐵板燒方面,點左法國羊肉香腸、大蔥炒日本雞腎、日本舞茸。羊肉腸幾特別,平時好少食,一啖咬落去,勁多汁啊,好juicy。另外仲點左海膽醬焗龍蝦,龍蝦炒過之後再加入海膽醬去焗,口感彈牙。主食西班牙紅蝦拌稻庭烏冬,呢個fusion菜整得好高質。
