To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

補祝母親節，約左媽咪二人撑枱脚，因母女二人都中意泰菜，我揀左呢間，之前約姊妹食來過幾次，都滿意。今晚要老人家食得開心 滿意。早一日用open rice訂位，發現有優惠，指定二人套餐有七折。幾好有驚喜。 以下是套餐menu 頭盤 我每次來都要食呢個辣鳳爪，辣到有啲頂唔順，又幾刺激, 鳳爪好爽，有趙頭火辣後，飲碗魚肚羹先。好足料兩人份量來說，每人有3碗，飲得好滿足再睇吓我揀左啲咩主菜泰式海南雞 伴葱油及醬。雞肉不是太嫩滑鮮美，一般。這炒大蝦有四隻，醬汁加楜椒調較得不錯，只可惜蝦肉不新鮮(一食落口，就覺得肉質唔爽，"媒"左) 燒牛柳還可以。薄燒，有九成熟，仍保存到肉汁。最後先來串燒，但啲雞肉 好似"農" 得滯，另外既軟殼蟹米卷 及炸春卷都ok跟餐甜品係我至愛，這椰奶布甸，我次次都要食最後，我另外散叫左榴槤糯米卷，都係每次來都必要食, 榴槤味點到即止，唔會食完有口氣.媽咪不太滿意主菜部分，但好在有甜品，攞返分數。如果餐廳供應熱食甜品，更好。
