To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直想試下脆皮咸豬手但只知道最近尖咀有某日上網search下原來聯和墟都有呀!!所以今日就係聯和墟食芥蜜脆皮原隻咸豬手(套餐) $88餐湯: 西蘭花忌廉湯+法包一塊餐飲: 蕃薯香蕉奶昔(特飲) 另加$10西蘭花忌廉湯 >> ok, 幾特別甘薯香蕉奶昔 >> 味道怪怪的飲唔到甘薯/香蕉味芥蜜脆皮原隻咸豬手 >> 正!!!!好大隻豬手皮好脆, d皮食落有骨膠原的感覺XDDDD芥蜜汁好好味, 配埋好good!!!意式牛肉千層麵 $48以為用茄膏原來係用新鮮蕃茄整汁食落無咁滯牛肉份量都好多~~滿足的一餐~~
