好掛住啲日本和牛,仲未去旅行,唯有喺香港食住先啦!睇到餐牌,二話不說,揀最多種和牛個款。🔸吞拿魚飯團,吞拿魚軟滑,加了蛋汁質地更滑,三文魚籽鮮甜,用紫蘇葉取代紫菜包著食,味道清香。🔸話梅車厘茄,車厘茄酸甜多汁,配上沙律菜食很開胃。🔸茶碗蒸,碗內有很多菇,蛋香滑溜。打定蛋汁就ready,蘭王雞蛋潔身,蛋白比較稀。🐮和牛盛宴🔸宮崎牛西冷和牛,牛很嫩,唔會太油膩感,包著大蔥點蛋汁,味道甜而滑口。🔸松本縣肩胛芯,比宮崎牛更軟腍,多一點油分。🔸熊本和牛上扁里脊肉,大理石紋很清淅,店員煮得半生熟,油分都幾多,不過唔會有膩的感覺。🔸熊本和牛三筋腱,牛味濃郁,質地較爽口,店員建議加蔥食更好,我就加埋蛋汁食。🔸岩手縣牛肩,牛味冇咁濃,纖維感較多,但入口都覺得滑。🔸岩手縣上肩牛的味道濃郁,最多纖維感,最有嚼勁。🔸野菜拼盤豆腐外邊焦香,裏面實心;洋蔥由外邊一層一層向裏邊食,會越食越滑,越食越甜。🔸炊飯加了加牛、米飯、雞蛋和蔥煮成的飯,米飯軟糯味道帶甜。🔸是日甜品抹茶紅豆雪糕,有淡淡的抹茶味,紅豆唔會太甜,加燕麥片和脆脆更可口。呢餐壽喜燒,店員一邊煮一邊講,很豐富呀!📍喰楽 (觀塘)觀塘開源道60號駱駝漆大廈
