講起潮州菜,第一時間就會諗起打冷,但其實「家常小菜」式既潮菜館都一樣咁出色。比起打冷,百樂相對坐得比較舒服,而且位於尖沙咀,約一大班人聚餐非常方便。潮式蘿蔔灌漿。潮州傳統小食,非常可口,食落滿滿蘿蔔既甜味。黃金炸雙棗。圓型係蝦棗,後面方型係蟹棗,肉質偏腍,入面有馬蹄碎,帶點清爽既口感。秘製乳香骨。肉質唔會太乾,肉排帶住南乳香味,色香味俱全。杏汁白肺湯。豬肺乾淨無內臟味,湯底亦無味精味,正秋葵炒牛肉。秋葵唔會有太多黏液,牛肉亦好嫩,不過單食味道咸左少少,配飯就剛剛好。皇子乳鴿配凱薩沙律。好特別既配對,食完嫩滑既乳鴿,可以食啖沙律減低油膩感。有朋友發現沙律上加左欖菜,立即令個沙律有潮州風味。沙茶牛肉炒河。牛肉肉腍,沙茶醬份量剛好,唔會過多。清心丸綠豆爽。朋友話綠豆爽工序繁複,亦係潮州出名既甜品,好小地方有得食,見到立即要叫一碗食,清心丸煙軔而綠豆就爽口,非常好食。
