To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

與朋友午後聚餐，想吃得均衡一點，看到此店在不同地方也有分店，菜式選擇多樣，進去點了豬軟骨上海麵、鹵水拼盤、三文魚沙律和水果茶。豬軟骨上海麵味道香濃、肉質鮮嫩、麵條柔軟有彈性，屬高質素之作。鹵水拼盤有雞翼、豆腐、雞腎、雞蛋、配搭令人滿意，亦好味道。三文魚沙律的三文魚鮮嫰，所配的蔬菜種類不少亦爽口，有清新之感。水果茶用多種水果製作，微酸但讓人舒暢醒神。是令人感到豐富又滿足的一頓膳食，值得讚賞。
