路過柴灣,試了這間開了幾個月的車仔麵舖,叫了六個餸米粉,沙爹醬:紅腸-兩邊煎香過,少少脆 午餐肉-兩邊煎得有點焦,未食已聞到香味豬紅-有點鴨血feel,有點韌,有驚喜枝竹-非常意外地用上湯煨過,咬落有湯汁牛栢葉 -爽脆,沒過度漂浸鴨腎 -好硬,沒有味,下次吾揀米粉 - 爽滑埋單50個大洋,又好味,又抵食
