今日放工約咗媽媽去食下午茶,訂了3;30pm王家沙(銅鑼灣)環境好大,地方都方便舒服。設計好靚好型好有中國式感覺!開放式廚房!我們選擇了3個點心一個飯。好豐富滿足的下午茶!上海炒腸粉:見餐牌有推介,所以選擇試一試。 賣相好靚,有微微辣味,有芽菜、紅綠椒,口感野味、好香,但都有少少油!蘿蔔絲酥:好大隻,有3隻,好靚的蘿蔔型上碟!酥好香,不會太厚;蘿蔔絲滿滿的,內中有少少芹菜及肉碎,有少少破壞了蘿蔔的清甜度!雜菇松露天鵝酥:又係美麗可愛得舒不得吃,入面有好濃的松露味道,有芋頭紅蘿蔔雜菇,口感一流!好味道!薰魚菜飯:我們喜歡魚,這個飯唔太油,菜粒可以多一點;魚香有口感,不過骨多了點
