To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

千両係我最常食嘅日本餐廳，雖然唔稱得上最出色，但就係我對日本料理嘅一個基本指標，唔會有失準我最常叫嘅係刺身拼盤，佢哋每日會有限定嘅由日本豐洲市場直送、百分百鮮度嘅優質時令食材。另外都會有由加澳韓入口水產，質素都唔錯㗎✨ 而且呢度會有seasonal menu，所以冇咁容易厭同有時都會有驚喜💕 而壽司米飯嘅口感亦好恰到好處，完美地配合魚生嘅鮮味。佢哋另外嘅日本料理都做得唔錯。先講千両嘅鍋物，份量唔大份，但係都足料，而且湯底都好鮮甜。而佢哋嘅串燒就中規中矩，唔會燒燶但唔就無其他居酒屋燒得咁香，但價錢就比出面平。如果食唔飽都可以試吓佢哋嘅甜品，都係唔錯㗎！

我最常叫嘅係刺身拼盤，佢哋每日會有限定嘅由日本豐洲市場直送、百分百鮮度嘅優質時令食材。另外都會有由加澳韓入口水產，質素都唔錯㗎✨

而且呢度會有seasonal menu，所以冇咁容易厭同有時都會有驚喜💕 而壽司米飯嘅口感亦好恰到好處，完美地配合魚生嘅鮮味。
