To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

琴日一行三人一大二小到又一城千両午餐，一段時間冇光顧，發現他們的午餐定食很不錯，午餐選擇多，由A至I，有壽司、丼飯、烏冬、壽喜燒等等，性價比也算高，我們點了一個午餐以及單點一些壽司。我們點了炙燒壽司熱烏冬定食，有一小碗湯烏冬、4件炙燒壽司（鰻魚、帶子、三文魚及芝士熟蝦）、前菜沙律菜及炸蝦及炸薯餅各兩件，份量也多。另外點了炸蝦卷、三客蟹柳壽司、三文魚子軍艦及一碗烏冬。服務員服務態度好，不時幫忙加茶。
