友好公司上週五於尖沙咀「潮州城酒樓」請食團年飯,小肥雖只屬低級職員,但仍有份參與,當真感激T老闆 !宴席合共五圍,有間大房坐。雖然「潮州城」以其正宗潮州菜聞名,但菜單上所示,當晚o既團年飯都係以粵菜為主。食物一道接一道,菜單上面八道餸、兩款單尾、及四項甜品一個鐘頭內上哂 ,快得真係幾誇張。我地嗰枱有位靚姐代為分餸,一手包辦埋斟添茶水、更換碗碟,其效率極高、友善又識執生 。 大紅乳豬全體:乳豬皮層香脆,肉質都唔係好嚡,不過就咸咗啲。 松子百合蚌仁拼錦繡鮮蝦丸:兩味餸同一時間出,靚姐好醒目地二合為一 。前者o既西蘭花、百合、松子都好脆口,蚌件亦好爽滑,只係蝦仁老咗少少。金黃色o既錦繡鮮蝦丸就認真誇啦啦,其外皮不但香脆鬆化,而且一啲都唔油膩,蝦丸又夠爽口彈牙,簡直係完美呀 ! 竹笙扒雙蔬:每人最少都分到一片爽脆o既竹笙,伴碟o既律白都好幼嫩甜美。 原窩雞炖鮑翅:真係冇諗到食團年飯都會有翅食,每碗份量仲要有返咁上吓,絕無欺場 !滑溜o既鮑翅足,個雞湯底更加係清澈香濃,暖胃窩心。 花菇炆鮑片:鮑片香滑,花菇又夠厚身軟腍,簡單美味。 清蒸花尾躉:魚肉嫩滑,蒸煮時間掌握得好好
