有別於一般的甜點,醃漬櫻花帶著淡雅的花香和點點鹹度,清爽不膩。而焦糖布甸剛好相反,焦糖味濃郁而且甜度高,也不會蓋過雞蛋的原味。兩者味道上雖然大有不同,但卻非常合拍。
