Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚陪朋友去左銅鑼灣買野順便去登龍街食飯, 經過見到豚王有新限定, 仲要係粉!紅!色!的!😍😍 原來係十週年紀念櫻花祭🌸, 所以我地就決定試新野! 等緊期間見到有個好精緻嘅紙雕係櫥窗, 搞到小妹又好想番鄉下🇯🇵🥺🌟櫻花風味可樂味道正常唔藥水幾解渴🌟限定王🌸櫻拉麵🍜今次嘅限定王係以櫻花做主題, 湯底以雞湯做基調, 再加入櫻花蝦粉, 忌廉同紅菜頭而成, 所以係呈粉紅色的! 上面配有雞肉🐔, 櫻花蝦🌸🦐, 蓮藕片同木耳絲, 湯底富有好濃郁櫻花蝦同雞嘅鮮味, 雞肉口感柔軟, 拉麵爽口彈牙!🌟豚王🐷🍜豚骨湯底味道濃厚, 麵質同樣有彈性掛到湯! 豚肉叉燒肉質柔嫩帶有微微油花, 味道唔錯!🌟櫻花水玄信餅入面有食用櫻花, 非常精緻, 旁邊有一枝裝左黑糖漿嘅滴管, 將黑糖慢慢注入, 裡面會有微微變化, 好似一幅畫咁! 食落味道甜甜地, 口感Q彈!
