To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 做到晚了,跟一個同事去吃飯,但也想吃heavy的,於是就到這個重開的酒家,打個邊爐!除了一個沒哪麽邪惡的芫西皮蛋湯底外,我們先點了一個象拔蚌刺身,我的同事真的把它生吃,但我就比較保守,薄片的灼兩三秒,肝砌出來的,灼十秒八秒,沾點wasabi豉油,還是很鮮甜,再說,這雖只是一只中形象拔蚌,但兩個人已夠,不用兩百塊,抵食!其它普通火鍋料不用多說,沒有甚麼特別,也沒有丟臉,只是哪幾粒“四寳丸”(又忘了拍照)比較hea,又不是手打,端出來時還有說雪,是當晚唯一污點。
