To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

落咗小巴，熱到死就是但搵咗間餐廳，些次同朋友lunch都試過。今次同朋友食，味道都中規中矩，可能入面坐位唔多，要平衡所以要收貴D。我地叫咗個豬扒，個汁同豬扒可以接受，另叫一個漢堡飽，個飽脆卜卜，食材都新鮮，但個漢堡整到個生菜暖暖地，令菜有水，底個埋包就唔脆同好濕。佢包一個湯或沙律同飲品，沙律新鮮，但份量少D，湯就好稀，忌廉湯應該濃稠D較好，太水了。後黎見到佢轉埋下午茶，順便影埋。坐位方面有點窄，大隻D有時側身都會整到旁邊枱如有選擇，我未必會再黎。
