To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

世界三大珍品作下午茶亦曾嚐過,但以最受歡迎既日本三大海珍中的海膽來炮製既下午茶就真是第一次。推出這個極具吸引力下午茶的就是坐擁無敵景觀既The Lounge & Bar,位處102/F 高高在上的地方,絕對是寫意天地。這個海膽下午茶除了咸點用上海膽外,甜點亦有用了海膽。就由咸點開始,四款都加入了海膽製作,尤其喜歡新鮮海膽配吞拿魚他他,鮮甜味美。還有日式清酒啫喱海膽芝士撻配魚子醬、海膽三文魚三文治及海鮮海膽忌廉酥等等,各有特式。而甜點方面則有一款加入了海膽,就是海膽豆腐芝士蛋糕,一點違和感也沒有,不錯的。其餘款式就以酸酸甜甜既柑橘味道為主,相當清新,正好中和一下海膽的膩。除此之外,如果未夠喉,還可加購新鮮海膽,用上小川這個品牌,分125g($1,084)及250g($1,984)兩款,同時配上四個或八個海苔鬆餅,份量十足,不過價錢不便宜,但卻是滋味無窮。
