之前成日比人笑淨係識食平價壽司所以今次就比朋友帶咗嚟銅鑼灣Cubus食日本高級料理一打開𘋢門已經嘩咗聲因為成個日本庭園咁,感覺好高級🤣職員師傅都十分好客,用餐體驗好唔錯先上前菜三點:日本蕃茄仔,沖繩水雲,胡麻豆腐用上甜度較高嘅蕃茄仔🍅加上牛油果醬🥑水雲微酸,好清爽;胡麻豆腐豆香嫩滑之後係三點雜錦刺身($288)分別係火炙竹簽魚,深海池魚,真鯛真鯛仲砌到成朵花咁🌹3款魚都鮮味十足😋火炙三貫($208):右口魚邊,拖羅,和牛🐮脂香感十足活貝三貫($208):北海道帶子,赤貝,炙燒北寄貝帶子肉厚鮮甜🤤第一次食燒過嘅北寄貝,好香好特別之後就到土瓶湯($336)食材有魚肉,蝦,蜆,菇類,銀杏等等湯頭當然都十分鮮甜☺️仲可以吱啲青檸汁落去,即刻清爽哂個湯大大壺飲咗好耐先飲完🤣熱食方面有黃金燒大蝦($298)厚實蝦肉配上沙律醬同海膽好夾🤤另一款雜菌燒帶子($238)帶子大大粒下面個芡汁菇味香濃🍄雜錦魚生飯($376)個容器成隻飛碟咁好可愛🛸入面有好多款角切刺身,仲有豪華嘅海膽同金箔最後甜品環節,係赤肉蜜瓜🍈+抹茶奶凍抹茶奶凍茶味濃郁質地又滑溜😍赤肉蜜瓜香甜多汁間唔中食餐豪嘅好滿足🤣

先上前菜三點:日本蕃茄仔,沖繩水雲,胡麻豆腐

用上甜度較高嘅蕃茄仔🍅加上牛油果醬🥑

水雲微酸,好清爽;胡麻豆腐豆香嫩滑


之後係三點雜錦刺身($288)

分別係火炙竹簽魚,深海池魚,真鯛

真鯛仲砌到成朵花咁🌹

3款魚都鮮味十足😋

火炙三貫($208):右口魚邊,拖羅,和牛🐮

脂香感十足

活貝三貫($208):北海道帶子,赤貝,炙燒北寄貝

帶子肉厚鮮甜🤤

第一次食燒過嘅北寄貝,好香好特別


之後就到土瓶湯($336)

食材有魚肉,蝦,蜆,菇類,銀杏等等

湯頭當然都十分鮮甜☺️

仲可以吱啲青檸汁落去,即刻清爽哂
