To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無出銅鑼灣,剪頭髮前去咗大名鼎鼎嘅永年食車仔麵。我諗我人生入面食車仔麵嘅次數真係10隻手指數得晒。一來因為屋企或公司附近唔多車仔麵舖,二來我唔太鍾意食黃色嘅麵。希望永年會令我對車仔麵改觀。山長水遠一場嚟到梗係要食豪啲!一口氣叫咗豬腸、冬菇、雞翼尖同雞腳四個餸配油麵,盛惠$68。雖然價錢唔便宜,但賣相很不錯,見到真係流晒口水!試吓湯底先,咦!唔錯喎,腩汁味好香濃,仲帶有淡淡的甜味!再試吓啲餸,鹵水豬腸同雞翼尖都醃得好入味,甜甜的,好好食!豬腸好香仲一啲都唔靭,吸晒啲湯汁好正。雞腳都係必食之選,醃得好入味,估唔到雞腳都可以配車仔麵。香菇好滑好軟淋,又係吸收晒湯汁嘅精華!麵都好食,軟硬適中,煮得啱啱好!(下面係朋友叫嘅,好補身!不過有點貴)食完永年,的確令我對車仔麵有點改觀,會繼續幫襯!
