一年一度出雙糧時間,緊係要豪一豪啦,所以帶了阿媽去了和牛純一試日本和牛風味。我們點了一個沙律及幾件肉類,另外再加了兩杯飲品,價錢雖然不便宜,但質素高價錢貴是不變定律,難得出尼食飯,無得計較咁多。野菜沙律沙律有青瓜生菜等,新鮮爽脆,加上紫菜碎及醋汁,非常清新。荔枝汽酒及梅酒荔枝味的糖水,初時味道都不錯,但冰太多,越飲越淡,而梅酒問題都是一樣,太多冰溝淡了梅酒味,本身味道的很清新很甜,其實不加冰更好。日本和牛共三款不同部位及豚腩肉和牛肉眼三款中最貴亦都是最肥美一款,雪花紋比其他兩款多且鮮明,油脂比例極高,入口即溶,口腔內充滿油脂的甘香,阿媽都讚口不絕。和牛上牛排肉這款上牛排則排第二,油脂跟肉的比例比較均衡,有油脂甘香同時亦有濃郁的牛肉味,雖未到入口即溶,口感比剛才的有咬口,但都很腍滑。牛排肉油份最少價錢亦是三款中最便宜的,肉味很濃郁且比上牛排更有咬口,雪花紋比肉眼少一半,但比平時外面食到的已經是上品啦。日本產豚腩肉燒的過程油脂滲出,令其燒至有焦香,豬肉味濃但不騷,是另一款不同的感覺,味道不錯。
沙律有青瓜生菜等,新鮮爽脆,加上紫菜碎及醋汁,非常清新。
