一直都話荃青區係我環頭,見到有新開嘅餐廳,就緊係要試下啦~本來心諗肉餅有咩咁把閉啊,都係啲中式野,好似土魷肉餅咁,點知上開飯呢到一睇,原來係有原隻龍蝦係上面嘅肉餅,睇落非常有霸氣!!其他仲有啲黑松露帆立貝肉餅同鵝肝肉餅咁,咁特別嘅肉餅,價錢都算幾合理~可惜嘅係…...是日係無龍蝦肉餅,心情即刻跌到落谷底 !!不過黎到呢到又無理由轉場嘅,所以唯有試下啲無咁氣嘅肉餅啦….落完單之後,就有中式嘅老火湯飲,唔知係咩湯黎,淨係知好足料姐,因為我嗰碗有隻無骨雞腳,好有屋企煲嘅味道上到枱先知,凍飲原來係咁大杯嫁,我同朋友就叫咗凍好立克同凍阿華田,不過唔知係咪因為大杯嘅問題,定係啲沖劑嘅份量問題,啲味道有啲淡..火焰鵝肝肉餅搶先登場,其實可以揀要蒸定煎嘅煮法,不過相機行先,一定係煎嘅肉餅顏色靚啲~肉餅上面擺咗幾塊鵝肝,正所謂食肉餅都要食得豪氣啲,塊肉餅係幾有彈性嘅,唔知係咪自家用人手剁嘅肉餅黎,因為比起機剁成嘅肉餅,人手整嘅肉餅口感更加好。而且配嘅唔係白飯咁簡單,有好多選擇可以揀,呢個鵝肝肉餅就配油飯,黃色嘅油飯睇落似係咖喱飯多啲lol (注意,原本係用碗上嫁,係我同朋友自己反轉倒啲飯落隻碟到~)
可惜嘅係…...是日係無龍蝦肉餅,心情即刻跌到落谷底 !!不過黎到呢到又無理由轉場嘅,所以唯有試下啲無咁氣嘅肉餅啦….

食完之後都真係要搵啲清涼嘅野飲清下個油膩感,但係豪氣咁食肉餅都幾新鮮同特別,希望我下次番去時會有龍蝦肉餅啦~
