Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久聞這間食粥專門店d 粥好掂, 今日途經, 梗要去試試.一看餐牌, 好多款粥都想試,有白鱔球粥 ,蠔仔粥及少有的黑栢葉粥. 但見到艇仔粥賣$28, 嘩, 乜料可以賣咁貴, 好就試一吓咁普通的粥點解可以賣咁貴, 再來一隻號稱全港最好食的鹹肉糭.鹹肉糭不算太大隻, 但綠豆頗多, 加上咸鹹蛋及五香豬肉的香, 幾好味, 賣$15隻,算合理, 不果絕不是全港最好食的鹹肉糭.艇仔粥果然很多料, 有火鵝絲, 海蜇, 魚片, 花生, 粥底算OK, 味道亦不錯, 但賣$28, 我覺得都係貴咗D.總括來講, 值得再來試其他粥品, 還有一次一定要試吓鎮店之寶白灼魚皮.

鹹肉糭不算太大隻, 但綠豆頗多, 加上咸鹹蛋及五香豬肉的香, 幾好味, 賣$15隻,算合理, 不果絕不是全港最好食的鹹肉糭.

艇仔粥果然很多料, 有火鵝絲, 海蜇, 魚片, 花生, 粥底算OK, 味道亦不錯, 但賣$28, 我覺得都係貴咗D.

總括來講, 值得再來試其他粥品, 還有一次一定要試吓鎮店之寶白灼魚皮.
