To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為有某酒店的優惠咭所以一直幫襯尖沙咀國金軒除了全單七五折總會用上$100-$200優惠券算下來就比較抵食今日到中環這間國金軒氣勢比尖沙咀店豪華我沒有留意餐牌是否一樣不過中午飲茶食點心來來去去都是這些吧每次都必點的蜜汁叉燒依然冇得輸呀肉質鬆軟又嫩又入味喺城中最靚叉燒….之一蝦餃 皮薄煙韌蝦肉爽甜鮮味必須保持水準蟹粉小籠包 OK喇包住鮮甜蟹味湯汁好食嘅最後出場係雜菌餃餃皮透明紅色好似係紅菜頭汁其實冇咩味道 雜菌亦都有啲硬因為有金箔 所以不便宜我不喜歡吃朋友要食棗皇糕唔夠甜 太健康不是我杯茶這餐是朋友請的兩個人不知幾錢埋單沒有折扣優惠應該不便宜其實我未飽啊😅😅
