今日係我生日,幾個朋友提議食大排檔,我當然舉腳讚成啦!我哋揀咗佐敦嘅「豪記」,聽講呢間嘢主打正宗潮州打冷同特色菜,仲係家庭式經營添!店舖唔大,得嗰6張枱左右,所以記得一定要book位啊!我哋去嗰陣得一位阿姨喺度招呼客人,所以大家要耐心啲啊。今晚嘅菜式全部都好新鮮,樣樣都值得推介:1. 百寶花雕醉雞:用本地走地雞整,雞肉好嫩好滑,加上南棗同花雕酒,食落口有種好香嘅酒味,正!2. 黃骨魚豉汁欖角蒸:條魚好大條,魚肉好嫩滑,仲有啲軟骨添,食落啖啖肉,正到爆!3. 豉椒炒花甲:花甲又大隻又肥美,食落口好鮮甜,一碟唔夠喉呀!下次一定會再嚟食呀!

今晚嘅菜式全部都好新鮮,樣樣都值得推介:

1. 百寶花雕醉雞:用本地走地雞整,雞肉好嫩好滑,加上南棗同花雕酒,食落口有種好香嘅酒味,正!

2. 黃骨魚豉汁欖角蒸:條魚好大條,魚肉好嫩滑,仲有啲軟骨添,食落啖啖肉,正到爆!

3. 豉椒炒花甲:花甲又大隻又肥美,食落口好鮮甜,一碟唔夠喉呀!

下次一定會再嚟食呀!
