下午嘅堂因為中秋節而取消,lunch時間變得相當充裕,所以約咗中同食lunch~星期一至五午市做semi-buffet,選一款main,配湯同冷/熱飲品,salad/cold cut/dessert任食。亦可以$68親民價,唔叫main淨食buffet。咁計落兩三個唔大食嘅friends叫個飯/意粉mains分食亦好抵。有得淨食salad buffet,就知呢度嘅appetizer唔會好似一般buffet/任食火鍋咁求其放啲菜就算。單係菜類就有四款,肉類有火腿同salami。醬汁方面有黑醋同橄欖油,而我就強列推介各位喺配料區揀黑醋蕃茄,再加少少汁。醋加埋蕃茄兩種酸味混和更有層次,推介~唔少cold cut/小食賣相精緻,唔係切好就拎出嚟,可見廚師十分認真。總共三款鹹撻,煙三文魚款式更係配牛油果醬,撻皮其實係焗薄脆,食落輕盈。食完main餐廳又再添salad bar。多咗款mozzarella粒配車厘茄。但我都係比較鍾意將一片mozzarella放喺大蕃茄片嗰款~menu冇寫送餐湯。呢個湯同樣高質,濃濃茄香,先是鮮茄酸味,湯滑入舌根後就嚐到忌廉油脂香。湯稠身,且有淡淡薯仔香,配上意式香草

外皮撒上鹽巴,夾住油脂,香脆可口。羊肉唔羶,但充滿羊脂香。如果再生少少就perfect~
羊肉唔太肥,配比較rich嘅mustard都幾夾,但我就鍾意用魚柳嘅刁草汁配羊,味道會更有層次。

咖啡係movenpick出品。雖然食過佢嘅雪糕覺得名過於實,太重cream令雪糕唔冰凍冇奶香,但咖啡質素唔錯。表面嘅金色咖啡油脂幾幼滑,唔落奶都OK~

餐廳座位寬闊,店員親切有禮,不停添水、收碟,整體感覺唔錯~
