今晚同家人想食濱燒海鮮,知道這間磯野水產食材新鮮由日本不同縣份運到,到來一嚐。坐低後,店員送上前菜鯷魚醬$30,味道像蟹膏般,配上新鮮爽甜的蔬菜棒,一濃味一啖味,剛好,我很愛食蠔,點了三款蠔,有法國藍寶石蠔$48@:尺寸最細隻,較淡味,可先食;法國芬大奇蠔$38@:最大隻,口感滑嫩肥美,味道鮮甜;悉尼蠔$40@:味道都重海水咸味、又creamy、有after taste 味道,保留在舌頭上;佳餚當然要配上美酒啦,店員推介夢吟香清酒$850,果然夠清夠醇,易入口,襯起海鮮帶出海鮮的鮮味。螢光魷魚沖漬伴芝士$ 78,經醃料醃過至咸香,加上濃味芝士,互相輝映,朋友也叫了杯葡萄甜酒,磯野芝士金龍卷$198,炸巨型大蝦,肉質彈牙,脆口,面層包住烤焗過的芝士,濃郁的芝士香味。龍蝦濱燒$588,上枱時,嘩!了一聲,開邊龍蝦上面鋪滿了龍蝦膏,再燒,令外皮微脆,濃濃的龍蝦膏夠甘香,拎起龍蝦肉,超大隻,彈牙鮮甜,超好味,夠曬豪氣的菜色,一面食海鮮一面嘆夢吟香,味道一流。最後叫了鹽漬櫻花福餅$48,味道帶咸味,櫻花味有陣陣花香,外皮煙韌,裡面的豆蓉唔會太甜。好豐盛的一餐。
