終於有糧出當然要去食餐好嘅慶祝下,選擇困難症諗完又諗,最後朋友定左係澳門逸園中心搵一間食,咁決定食邊間就由我話事俾浜燒海鮮吸引左黎呢間,一入門口就見到大大個魚缸同游緊水嘅海產,裝修令人諗起日本家庭式小店,感覺溫馨。被安排坐係吧位,可以望到師傅處理海鮮,旁邊又有店員幫手燒,呢個位我鐘意!沙律有牛油果好驚喜,平目魚邊嘅油脂好香,拌住清新嘅沙津菜好夾。店員極力推薦龍蝦刺身,可以試到龍蝦活刺身同蝦頭甲羅燒兩食。睇到師傅處理龍蝦手法極純熟,而且擺盤非常靚。刺身咬落爽口清甜,個人覺得唔加醬油已經非常鮮味。牛舌同樣係店員推薦,表層好有彈性,中心保持到濕潤柔軟,醬汁味道岩岩好,應該係香港食過最好味嘅牛舌!黎呢度當然要試浜燒,加錢可以食活帆立貝,講明慶祝梗係食豪D。鮑魚放上爐個陣仲識郁,夠新鮮所以肉質好彈牙;蟹腳同期待一樣非常鮮甜。蠔放入清酒一齊燒,鮮味濃郁,我地要求唔好燒的太熟,所以口感好creamy。帆立貝可以揀清酒煮或加香草牛油,牛油同香草將帆立貝嘅鮮味帶哂出黎,好惹味,同埋加錢轉活帆立貝好值,無論肉質同甜味都冇得頂。比較濃味嘅蝦頭甲羅燒做壓軸,將龍蝦尾上淨餘嘅肉燒熟,剪碎再放入預先炒過嘅味噌蝦膏
