新開的不少食肆之中,這家潮州麵食店就是其中之一。特意來試的豬什麵,一定先選白胡椒湯底,喝下確實帶胡椒香,而不會嗆喉。配料的豬什有豬脷和豬大,加鯪魚球。豬脷有很多片,軟嫩腍滑;豬大腸也有不少,大部份都柔靭有脂香,然而有數件卻有點靭。鯪魚球有兩粒,滑溜到不似是鯪魚球!油麵也不俗,滑溜溜入口,跟湯及配料十分合襯。店方的魚皮是門鱔,比起坊間的魚皮相對厚身,表面炸到酥脆金黃酥脆,更有咬口。將魚皮放進湯裡,便可以做到響鈴放入火鍋湯的相同效果!油菜乃是菜心,油潤鮮甜,只是蠔油略鹹了些。還有不可錯過的就是辣椒油才是王道,少少辣,直接提升香氣!店子乾淨簡潔,店員服務態度佳,食物價位平民化,相信是餐廳越開越多的原因。
