今晚到呢間餐廳食飯,位置比想像中有點遠,由太和火車站行過嚟,都要10分鐘,但我覺得都係值嘅,因為呢度啲豬手同埋侍應招呼得都幾唔錯。餐廳嘅店舖面積唔算好大,所有嘢都係即叫即整,我隻豬手大概由落單到食,都用咗大概20分鐘。餐廳嘅豬手好大隻,而佢亦都會幫你設成細細份,省卻左好多麻煩,佢呢度同其他地方唔同,因為呢度嘅豬手係先炸,然後再用高溫焗爐去焗,所以佢陳外皮特別香脆,亦都鎖住好多肉汁。我特別鍾意佢呢度嘅蜜糖芥茉醬,都有少少攻鼻,但攞嚟食豬手嘅話,相比起黑椒汁,就零瀉唔同。佢仲可以中和左豬手嘅油膩感。我亦都叫咗支蘋果酒,鹹鹹甜甜之間嘅配合,會係幾唔錯。之後我朋友食咗呢度嘅燒春雞,燒春雞原隻,都係焗過嘅, 外皮非常脆,$78 ,我覺得價錢非常之抵,再配埋薯菜一齊食,係幾唔錯。
