自從搬咗入嚟大埔之後,呢間餐廳一直都係我經常去幫襯嘅其中一間。今日有朋友嚟大埔,當然要介紹佢嚟食啦。我哋兩個人分別嗌咗一個番茄湯螺絲粉同埋一個芝士湯螺絲粉,配豬手同埋吉列豬扒加雞翼。我嘅番茄湯螺絲粉keep到水準,湯底酸酸甜甜,有好多蕃茄粒,加上少少辣味,好惹味好好食,唔覺意會飲咗好多湯。配菜嘅豬手一如以往好食,燒豬手嘅肉質正質,唔算好淋,加上又口又煙銀嘅豬皮,好邪惡但係超好食。吉列豬扒上枱嗰陣熱辣辣,炸得金黃酥脆,點埋餐廳附上嘅千島醬,呢個都好食。
