To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

豬手好正，石塘咀可以講得上佢係數一數二果隻，可惜豬手切得太過大隻，口細的人會食得狼狽咗，其實佢啲豬手可以切細啲仲好。咖哩魚蛋，佢啲魚蛋真係超正好爽口，個人認為咖哩太辣加咗太多辣椒油。價錢方面其實都算ok合理。有種嘢真係要認真考慮，因為成間鋪頭最差的地方，就係空氣問題(異味)仲有好臭煙味，簡直就係挑戰你嘅容忍度，佢竟然畀人喺度食煙痴痴地
